This place suits me perfectly! The staff always provides excellent service, and I love the outdoor swimming pool, spa, and kids club. They even helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

My stay at the Royalton was incredibly disappointing. Upon checking into my so-called luxury room, there was a musty smell that made it unbearable. The bathroom had holes in the masonry, and I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities that never arrived. My relative received much better services and items in their room, making the lack of care in mine even more frustrating. The cleanliness left much to be desired. the floor was filthy and reeked of a dirty mop throughout my stay.

The Royalton Splash Punta Cana offered an unforgettable vacation filled with family-friendly activities. The kids club was fantastic, especially thanks to staff like Santos and Hokenda, who made our children feel welcome. The buffet had plenty of tasty options and the water park was a hit with the kids.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful surroundings and varied entertainment options, which made it so easy to enjoy my weekend strolls through the area. it’s also just a short distance from some great golf courses that added to my adventure.

The stay featured a pleasant water park and diverse dining options, with notably tasty food, including Swiss cheese. However, the experience was marred by persistent noise from slamming doors and a flooded room from leaks, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the illness that followed upon returning home raised concerns about cleanliness.

autograph collection was amazing! the luxury room was super comfortable, and we loved the 24/7 room service. ordering burgers at 2 am really hit the spot. with about 19 pools and a fantastic water park, the kids were in heaven! everything was clean and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. the dining options had so much variety, and every meal was delicious!
